Introduction to RBK Swabbing Robot The RBK Glass Swabbing Robot utilizes a Yaskawa GP8 six-axis robot from Japan. The linear motion components are driven by Inovance servo motors and controllers, and the control system is based on an Inovance PLC. The total installed power is 3.5KW. Control System: The control system includes: ·The robotic control system (Yaskawa's original control system) ·The oil supply system ·The synchronization control system between the robot and the bottle-making machine The oil supply and synchronization systems are independently developed by our factory. Oil Supply System Features: ·Equipped with flow and pressure detection for protective functions. ·Flow detection monitors the oil supply process, effectively preventing issues like lack of oil, abnormal supply volume, or leaks. ·The pressure control system monitors the compressed air pressure to ensure proper operation of the spray gun. ·Warning lights and buzzers alert during robot operation, and an optional laser scanning anti-collision device is available for added safety. Oiling Modes: The swabbing robot offers two modes, allowing users to select one during installation: 1.Short Nozzle Spraying: ·Allows continuous oiling without stopping production. ·Can complete oiling of the blank mold and finish mold in one bottle-making cycle, or individually per cycle. ·Oiling intervals can be user-defined based on experience. ·Max speed: 8 cycles/min with funnel arm movement, 10 cycles/min without funnel arm movement (subject to variations depending on bottle-making process and bottle type). 2.Long Nozzle Spraying: ·Generally requires stopping production for oiling. ·Can complete oiling of the blank mold and finish mold in one cycle, or individually per cycle. ·Oiling intervals can be user-defined based on experience. ·Max speed: 13 cycles/min (subject to variations depending on bottle-making process and bottle type). Each oiling cycle, regardless of the mode, takes approximately 25 seconds, including machine transit and wait time.
